The Story

High in the Palani Hills of Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, producer Meera Jagadish tends the S795 arabica trees at Anughraha Estate. This lot is fully washed and roasted light to preserve the delicate, floral character the estate is known for — a cup that captures the cool mist and citrus groves of the region it comes from.

Best brewed as a pour-over (V60, Kalita, or similar dripper) to bring out the citrus and floral clarity. A lighter roast like this also holds up well in an AeroPress with a longer, gentler pour.
